What should I do if my product is damaged?

Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to sales@elevatedselection.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, usually within 1 business day.
