Shipping Policy

Shipping Expectations

Except for Pre-orders, all orders are shipped the same day of the order, if placed before 6PM EST. If orders are placed after 6PM EST, they will be shipped out the following day.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates are provided for all pre-orders. It is our goal to ship your pre-order before, or on the estimated ship date.

Please be aware the actual ship-out date may be different due to production or shipping delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking # is provided by the corresponding carrier. Once we receive the number, we will then update your order with the tracking information and email it to you.
